On April 20, Li Guorong, chairman of Jieda Plastic Co., Ltd., led the new employees into the production workshop to carry out on-site learning of the entire process of paper bag production, strengthen the combination of theory and practice, and help new employees quickly integrate into their positions.

On-site teaching, focusing on the entire production chain
In the workshop, Chairman Li Guorong combined the actual production line to explain in detail the core links of paper bag production: from the screening standards of raw materials (such as environmentally friendly pulp and ink), to the technical points of bag making processes (printing, die-cutting, and pasting), to the operation specifications of intelligent equipment and quality inspection processes, all-round dismantling of production logic. New employees intuitively understand the management concept of "process accuracy determines product quality" by observing the operation of the automated production line and asking questions on the spot.
Interactive communication, transfer of industry experience
During the learning process, the chairman particularly emphasized the importance of environmental protection concepts and safe production: "The paper bag industry must not only keep up with the trend of green packaging, but also strictly abide by the safety red line." He encouraged new employees to take root in the front line, start from basic operations, and accumulate the hard power of "understanding process drawings, adjusting equipment parameters well, and accurately judging quality problems". Technical backbones were arranged on site for one-on-one guidance, and questions such as "ink environmental protection standards" and "equipment failure emergency handling" raised by new employees were answered one by one.
Learning to promote work and consolidate the foundation of talent training
This workshop learning is an important part of the company's "New Employee Growth Plan", which aims to help newcomers quickly master industry knowledge and establish a "craftsman spirit" through immersive practical teaching. Participating employees said that after being exposed to the entire production process on the spot, they have a clearer understanding of the value of their positions and will work with greater enthusiasm in the future.
XX Company has always attached great importance to the construction of talent echelons, and through the "theory + practice" dual-track training model, it continues to provide the industry with compound talents with both professional qualities and innovative thinking.
